Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund if you decide to cancel a session. However, if you need to reschedule a session due to illness, please get in touch to let us know prior to the session time. We will do our best to accommodate and get you booked onto another of our sessions later that week so you don’t have to miss out on the fun! (Subject to availability). Please note, we can only reschedule one session per calendar month, unless there are substantial circumstances.
